THE PROBLEM
"Here at Aqudas Data Informatics Limited Ltd., we had a whole raft of particular instances that we were looking for a particular solution to. Firstly, we were moving offices to much larger premises and we felt that we need to upgrade our in-house 'phone systems, but with the warehouse and all the admin being handled from the single location, we wanted a system that would not only route incoming calls appropriately, but also handle our outbound calls - a lot of which are international, due to the nature of our business - and give us the benefits of Least Cost Routing and allow us to further reduce our costs by using VoIP. The whole thing was turning into a bit of a nightmare - but Blitz came to the rescue with a complete solution to all our problems and, which was very important to us, offered us a package that could grow with the company."


THE SOLUTION
"Blitz really came through for us, we had a dedicated ISDN30 line installed and connected that to the new IP PBX system, which is fantastic – it routes calls automatically to wherever we want and it’s all controlled with an automated attendant, we kept all our existing DDI numbers but added an NGN on an 0845 prefix as our main switchboard number. All the numbers were migrated and we literally just moved in and everything was ready to go! The new system automatically routes calls via the cheapest available route - and VoIP if at all possible, on top of that, we get our faxes sent to our email and even our voicemail if we want it!"
